Flat rate pricing requires accurate information upfront. I’ll ask detailed questions about what you’re moving—furniture count, boxes, specialty items, access at both locations. Based on that inventory, I quote a flat price.
The restrictions: flat rate applies to the inventory we agree on. If the actual move includes significantly more items than described, we adjust. This keeps pricing fair for both sides.
